null The error message "Account Disabled" appears on monULB. What can I do?

The entire error message is:

    Account Disabled
    This account has expired for lack of activity. Please contact your system administrator regarding the status of your account.


Send an email to monulb@ulb.be with the following informations:

  • their name;
  • their ULB matricule number;
  • their NetID;
  • the text message "Erreur: monULB Account Disabled"

 The waiting period until the recovery of the access to monULB can go up to 48 hours.
