When I tempt to connect to the app, the following error message is displayed: "username/password pair not found". What can I do?
Please click here in order to check wether your NetID and password are valid or not.
- If both your NetID and password are valid, please fill in the ULB Support on-line form , select the related category and submit your request. You will be answered as soon as possible.
- I your NetID is valid, but your password is not, please connect to PAM (Personal Account Manager) and and follow the procedure to choose a new password (further info ...).
- If your NetID is not valid, please fill in the ICT Support on-line form , select the "Account/Password" category and submit your request. You will be answered as soon as possible.
