The procedure below applies to the ULB password, also called QuIdAM password, associated with your ULB user account and your ULBID.
It does not apply to the Microsoft 365 password.
- Go to https://monulb.ulb.be/fr/web/monulb/reset-password;
- Enter your ULB Microsoft 365 email address (@ulb.be) unless you do not have access to it, in which case enter your personal recovery email address;
- Click on Next step;
- Please read the confirmation message displayed;
- Open the "Password resetting" message sent to your personal email address and click on New password;
- Enter your new password, confirm and click on Next step;
- Password reset is confirmed.
