The IT Demand Management Committee:

1. examines the IT applications submitted through the formulaire centralisé;
2. characterizes the applications in:
   • Business as Usual (BAU);
   • Upgradable maintenance;
   • Micro-projects;
   • Projects.
3. according to their nature, forwards the requests for useful follow-up to:

   • the relevant Pole/Department manager when it comes to BAU or upgradable maintenance;

   • the Project Management Office (PMO) when it comes to micro-projects or projets.

The IT Demand Management Committee is composed by IT experts. Its composition, definied by the PMO, varies according to the applications to be reviewed.
