1. Go to vpn.ulb.ac.be from the ULB network or other;

2. Identify yourself with your ULBID and password;
   

3. Download and install the version of the VPN adapted to your operating system;
   
    

4. Install the VPN from the downloaded file. When opening the installation program, select the "continue" button;
   
   
    

5. Select the disk on which you want to install the software and click on "continue";
   
    

6. Click on "Continue";
   
    

7. Select the "Install" button; 
   
    

8. Once the installation is complete, click on the GlobalProtect icon which appears at the top right of the menu bar. In the window that opens, insert vpn.ulb.ac.be as "portal address"; Then click on "connect";
   
    

9. In the next window, indicate your ULBID and your password, select the "register" button to start the connection process;
   
    

10. The connection to the ULB VPN has been established successfully;
    
     

11. If the authentification procedure fails, follow the QuIdAM procedure and connect to it;

12. Reset password ;
13. Reconnect to the VPN after the specified time (+/- 1 hour in general).

Go to "system preferences", then "security and privacy", and click on the "Allow" button, authorizing the installation of the software.
