From Mars, housing applications are available online on the website of the housing office: https://www.ulb.be/fr/vie-sur-les-campus/logement  

The students who will be able to benefit from priority access to ULB accommodation are the students who fall under the conditions of attribution of a reduction of tuition fees the year before. The procedures are to be introduced from Mars to May, before the start of the academic year.
