Your ULBID is your ULB identifier. It consists of:
- Either 4 letters followed by 4 numbers;
- Or 8 letters (in this case it corresponds to your old NetID).
You can find it at the top right of MonULB next to your name:
The ULBID is granted to you when:
- Self-onboarding: you create a ULB account on your own via QuIdAM. In this case, your ULBID will be communicated to you via the email entitled Welcome to ULB;
- Onboarding: your ULB account is created automatically following your registration in one of the ULB management systems (Staff, students, readers) by the ULB administration. In this case, your ULBID will be communicated to you via the email entitled Creation of your ULB account, which also invites you to choose a password.
Connection to most of ULB's digital resources is made using your ULB or your personal (non-ULB) email address and the password associated with your ULB account (also known as "QuIdAM password")
