All the certificates are available on your MonULB portal, under the section “My virtual secretariat” sub-section “My certificates & provisional card”.

This certificate is available for all study programmes you are enrolled in during the current academic year as well as during previous academic years. However, please be aware that you can download this certificate only if you meet the following conditions:

• You are registered as a regular student* at the ULB (registration certificate for regular students)

OR

• You have an administrative registration at the ULB while you follow a study programme organised jointly with another institution of higher education (certificate for administrative registration)

This certificate is available for all study programmes you are enrolled in during the current academic year as well as during previous academic years. However, please be aware that you can download this certificate only if you meet the following conditions:

• You are registered as a regular student* at the ULB
• You have paid all fees and have no liabilities towards ULB

NB : if you applied for a scholarship and are awaiting for a reply from the organization granting the scholarships, your certificate will be valid and available only until 15 February.
