I cannot connect to the MonULB portal. Why?

Your connection problem may be due to :

  • A technical incompatibility and, in this case, we advise you:
    • to change browser (exclude Chrome);
    • erase your history;
    • to change the network environment.
  • An error in your ULBID identifier and/or your password.
