I forgot my password to login to MonULB. What can I do?

  1. Check that the username is correct. A regularly registered person at the ULB uses their NetID, while an external person uses their personal email;
  2. Change their password:
    • For an already registered person, enter their identifier info (enrollment number, PIN-code, date of birth format DD-MM-YYYY) and answer to their secret question;
    • For an external person, an email is sent to their personal email address with their new password.
