Make a Test Call

1. Open Teams;
2. Select your profile picture, then Settings > Devices.
3. Choose Make a test call under Audio devices. 
   
4. Follow the instructions from Test Call Bot and record a short message. 
5. After that, you'll get a summary of the test call, and you can go to your device settings to make changes if needed. 

Make a Test Call with another person

1. Contact an ULB student/colleague by phone;

2. Make sure that he/she has :

   • a Mac or Pc;

   • the Teams application installed;

   • Made his/her own test call.

3. Decide who will initiate the call;

4. During the test, both people must make sure that they can:

   • hear each other (microphone);

   • see each other (camera);

   • share screens.
