null As part of my duties at ULB, I need access to HR or student data. How do I proceed?
The ULB Information Systems Security Policy (ISSP) and the RGPD require IT departments to ensure the legitimacy of the accesses requested to the data stored in the systems under their responsibility. This legitimacy is validated or invalidated by the Data Protection Unit (DPU) after examination of the request.
To request permanent or one-time access ( extraction ) to HR or student data, please complete the Data Request file and submit it via the IT Request form.
Your request will be reviewed by the IT Demand Mgmt Committee and the DPU within one week of submission before being forwarded to the appropriate IT team for processing.
